Mark is an Associate with Stein Saks, PLLC, where he specializes in claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other consumer protection statutes.
While a student at New York Law School, Mark was a research assistant in the field of antitrust law and a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. Upon graduation in 2003, Mark worked on numerous high-profile complex litigation matters, including the Merck Vioxx mass-tort claims, the WTC post-9/11 debris removal litigation, and the BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill claims.
He believes in zealously advocating for his clients and upholding the highest standards of practice.
