Daniel is an Associate with Stein Saks PLLC and specializes in claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Daniel brings years of consumer protection experience- including extensive in-house work ensuring compliance with laws and standards protecting financial services consumers. In joining Stein Saks, Daniel now advocates on behalf of those who’ve been harmed by parties who fail to adhere to some of those same rules.
While a student at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Daniel received a Dean’s Merit Scholarship and held internships including with the Queens County District Attorney’s office. He graduated in 2013. He received his B.A. in 2008 from Lander College for Men with Salutatorian honors.
Daniel prides himself on tirelessly serving his clients. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family.
