Judah is a founding member of Stein Saks PLLC. He concentrates his practice in the areas of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and bankruptcy.
Judah has represented hundreds of consumers who rights were violated under the FDCPA, FCRA, and TCPA, and helped them obtain settlements against some of largest debt collectors in the country. In addition to the monetary awards obtained for his clients, Judah has been successful in having many of his client’s lawsuits dismissed, debts wipe out, and credit scores raised a result of the many of the settlements reached.
Judah also concentrates his practice in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Whether a client comes to Judah for help resolving crippling debt, getting relief from a garnishment, or is looking for a fresh start, he works to resolve the issue and help the client achieve their goal in a manner that is cost-efficient, effective, compassionate and confidential. Judah represents debtors with a wide variety of debt problems in bankruptcy proceedings. In that role Judah assists his clients in deciding if bankruptcy is the best remedy for their debt problems, and if so, what chapter of bankruptcy best suits their needs and goals.
Judah received his Juris Doctor, from St. John’s University School of Law where he was distinguished as a Dean’s List Scholar and served as a senior staff member of the New York Litigator Law Journal. While at St. John’s, Judah served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Martin Ritholtz of the New York State Supreme Court in Queens County.
