Hasan Siddiqui, Esq. joined Stein Saks PLLC in 2023 and handles consumer protection cases predominately dealing with claims made under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Hasan received his Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of New Jersey in 2015 and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2018. During law school, Hasan was the Internet Editor for the Journal of Law, Technology and Policy, where his student note was published: “Gone in Sixty Seconds: Fading Automobile Insurance Costs in a Driverless Future.”
Hasan has extensive experience in the consumer protection field, which started in law school, where he worked in the Elder Financial Justice Clinic. After law school, Hasan worked at a consumer protection class-action law firm in Chicago. Hasan also worked at another consumer protection firm in New Jersey prior to joining Stein Saks. Throughout his experiences, Hasan gained a deeper interest and understanding of the consumer protection laws and how individuals can take legal action through them.
During his free time, Hasan enjoys traveling, reading, photography, and spending time with family and friends.
