Yaakov is a partner and a founding member of Stein Saks PLLC. Yaakov focuses his practice on individual and class action consumer protection litigation, specifically involving Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and Telephone Consumer Protection Act cases.
Since graduating from Seton Hall Law School, Yaakov has represented hundreds of consumers across the country. He has successfully sued the largest banks and debt collectors for illegal practices committed against innocent consumers.
Yaakov has also filed successful bankruptcies for a large range of consumers, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies that resulting in wiping out thousands of dollars of debts for his clients and getting the consumer back onto a successful financial path.
While the practice is based out of New Jersey, Yaakov is also licensed in many Federal Courts across the country, as well as maintaining co-counsel relationships across America.
