Nakicha is an Associate at Stein Saks, PLLC. She focuses her practice on consumer protection litigation, specifically involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and Telephone Consumer Protection Act cases.
Nakicha graduated from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, N.J., with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Employment and Labor Relations. She earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall School of Law, where she served as the Evening Vice President of the Student Bar Association. Nakicha also served as a member of the Law School’s Mock Trial Team where she participated in various national mock trial competitions. While in school, she also served as a student attorney representing low income families in Landlord-Tenant matters.
Prior to becoming an Associate, Nakicha worked as Paralegal with the Firm, handling Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Telephone Consumer Protection Act matters.
Nakicha is fluent in French and Haitian Creole. In her spare time, Nakicha likes to travel and volunteer at church.
